Refund & Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: July 31, 2025

We aim to provide a fair and transparent refund process for all course registrations.

1. Cancellation by Participant

Cancellations made 10 or more days before the course start date: 100% refund.

2. Cancellation by AuroOrchard

In the event AuroOrchard cancels or postpones a course, participants will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer to a future course.

3. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days using the original payment method.
